Logistic regression model to study the most important factors that affect students' academic commitment A case study on Imam University students

The research aimed at studying the factors affecting students' academic commitment using method of logistic regression, Clarify their characteristics, and maximum likelihood estimation MLE used to estimate parameter model for a study sample 1580 students. characteristics regression model, constructing estimating its parameters were highlighted. showed effectiveness measure that affect Imam Muhammad University students, such as gender, culture, family environment, type public or private high school, location, advisor.  The most important students ’academic (age, Admission point test university, Social finally students’ follow-up advisor), also confirmed female is better than male
